We’re on Lake Pergusa, right in the geographic center of the island. When we talk about our location, we often say we’re “the belly button of Sicily,” and in truth that phrase captures it well: from here, everything is within easy reach. You stay in a quiet place overlooking the lake, yet each day you can choose a different direction without having to repack your suitcase or face hours on the road.
From Enna, you can reach three different seas—the Ionian, the Tyrrhenian, and the Mediterranean—all with an average travel time of about an hour. This is one of the things that most surprises visitors from afar: you set off from our parking lot and can decide whether to spend the day in Taormina, Cefalù, or on the southern beaches, with the same ease.
And if you prefer the inland areas, you’re close to unique places as well, all reachable without rushing and without complicated itineraries.
The A19 Palermo–Catania highway is the easiest way to get here. Take the Enna exit and follow the signs for Pergusa: in just a few minutes you’ll reach the lake, and you’ll find us right on its shore. Our on-site parking is free.
Enna’s train station is about 15 minutes from the hotel. From there, you can continue by taxi, or you can write to us and we’ll help you organize your arrival.
By bus, Enna is connected to the rest of Sicily through SAIS Autolinee and Intebus, with arrival in Enna Alta or Enna Bassa. From there, simply take Line 5 (toward Pergusa), which brings you directly to our area. If you need a hand finding your way through the schedules, we’re here.
The most convenient airports are Catania Fontanarossa (about one hour away) and Palermo Punta Raisi (about an hour and a half). Once you land, you can continue on to Enna by rental car, taxi, or bus. If you have any doubts about the route, we’ll guide you.
