At the Hotel Riviera restaurant, we carry forward a story that has been part of our family for more than seventy years. Ours is a cuisine born of the land, one that continues to evolve without ever losing its character. For us, cooking means working with what Sicily offers, transforming it with respect, and bringing to the table flavors you recognize even with your eyes closed.

• The indoor dining room seats up to 220 guests, the terrace overlooking Lake Pergusa accommodates about 120, and the poolside area can host up to 250.
For this reason, the restaurant is also open to external guests and often becomes the ideal setting for a business lunch, a dinner with friends, or an important occasion.
We use vegetables from the nearby countryside, cheeses and meats from small producers, fish chosen according to the day’s availability, and oils and wines that tell the story of our island. Each dish is designed around the season, so we can offer you an experience that feels genuine.
Alongside the daily specials, you’ll also find an à la carte menu with a few fixed courses. And if you have dietary needs or intolerances, we’re happy to adapt: for us, it’s only natural to make room for what makes you feel good.
Completing the journey is our wine selection, with many Sicilian labels and a section dedicated to wineries from across the country. It’s a list built together with our staff, with the idea of accompanying each dish without ever overpowering it.
