GENERAL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and when is check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, while check-out is by 10:30 AM. If you have specific needs, you can let us know in advance: we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability on the day.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception is open every day from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM. We’re always on hand to assist you upon arrival, during your stay, or whenever you may need us.

Which languages are spoken at reception?

In addition to Italian, we speak English and Spanish, so we can assist you easily and right away.

Where is the hotel located and how can it be reached?

You’ll find us on Lake Pergusa, in a quiet, green setting just a few minutes from Enna. If you’re arriving by car, the recommended exit is Enna (A19 highway), then follow signs for Enna Bassa and Pergusa. If you’re traveling by train, the nearest station is Enna: from there you can reach us by taxi or local buses, or arrange a private transfer with us.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking within the property.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.

Does the hotel have a pool?

Yes, our outdoor pool is seasonal, overlooks the lake, and is set in an area surrounded by lawn, with loungers and umbrellas. It’s accessible both to our guests and to external visitors.

Some areas are accessible to guests with specific needs. We invite you to contact us before arrival so we can check together on the most suitable solution.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

How does check-in work at the hotel?

Check-in takes place at reception: we’ll welcome you personally, provide all useful information, and help you with the first needs of your stay.

Is early check-in possible?

When possible, yes. If you arrive before 3:00 PM and your room is already ready, we’ll be happy to give it to you early.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, if there are no scheduled arrivals for the same room. We simply ask that you check availability with reception.

SERVICES

Do you provide pool towels?

Upon request, we can provide pool towels, subject to availability and for a small additional fee.

Is there a shuttle service to/from the property?

We work with external services for transfers and transportation. You can contact us for a quote or to arrange a personalized transfer.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we welcome small pets for an additional fee. We just ask that you inform us before arrival.

Is there a luggage storage service?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at reception before check-in or after check-out at no extra charge.

Are cribs and extra beds for children available?

Yes, upon request and subject to availability, we can provide cribs or extra beds.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Some of our rooms are more suitable for guests with specific needs. If necessary, we invite you to contact us so we can guide you toward the most appropriate accommodation.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Yes, each room has a minibar.

Yes, each room is equipped with a spacious safe, suitable for holding a notebook or any laptop computer.

BREAKFAST

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served every morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Upon explicit request, to be arranged at check-in, it’s possible to start breakfast earlier at 5:00 PM.

Where is breakfast served?

In winter, in the restaurant dining room, with views of Lake Pergusa thanks to the large windows. In summer, you can also enjoy breakfast on the poolside terrace.

What kind of breakfast is served?

A buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options: cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, fruit, fresh bread, and coffee prepared on the spot by our staff.

DINING

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, our restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner. The cuisine is rooted in the local territory, with local ingredients and dishes interpreted in a contemporary way.

Are options available for celiac, vegetarian, and vegan guests?

Yes, the chef can propose dishes tailored to different needs. We recommend letting us know at the time of booking.

Is there a bar in the hotel?

Yes, we have an indoor bar and a bar next to the pool that’s open during the summer season

ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

Does the hotel offer a concierge service?

We’re always available for advice, reservations, suggestions on what to do nearby, and assistance with tours or activities.

Do you organize tours and excursions in the area?

We can help you arrange visits, food and wine experiences, excursions on Mount Etna, or trips to nearby villages, thanks to our contacts with local operators.

Is it possible to organize weddings or private events?

   Yes, the hotel offers indoor rooms, a terrace, and a poolside area: perfect spaces for weddings, ceremonies, private parties, and corporate events. We can customize menus and setups and, upon request, provide contacts for wedding planners and external services.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, currently the cost is €1.50 per person per night for adults aged 12 and over.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

What are the cancellation terms?

Free changes and cancellations up to two days before arrival. For late cancellations and/or no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
